Why this firm exists.
I started this practice in 2018 after a decade inside fast-growing companies, watching the same pattern repeat. Smart people would get promoted into roles with twice the weight and half the support. They’d white-knuckle their way through it for a year, and then either burn out or leave. The org would lose institutional knowledge, the team would lose a steady hand, and the cost would quietly land on a different line of the P&L.
I built Miriam's Mindset Coaching to interrupt that pattern. Not with motivational speeches or 90-page playbooks, but with the slow, specific work of helping leaders understand themselves better — and giving them a partner outside the org chart they can actually be honest with.

Our office sits in southwest Miami-Dade. We deliver in-person work across South Florida and travel for cohort kickoffs and offsites anywhere in the continental United States. The rest of the work happens over secure video.
